In the event you need to be refunded for your purchase, please call us on the number below within 30 minutes of receiving your order. If applicable, we will refund any amount deemed reasonable to the original card used for the initial purchase. We may require photographs or further investigation before a refund is given and we will keep you abreast of all decisions in writing. Refunds can take up to 5 working days although in most instances are faster.
